All jewelry is shipped U.S. Parcel Post Priority Mail in the United States. If you want your purchase shipped differently, please email us and we will work out the details. Please allow up to 7 days to process and ship your order. Once it is shipped, it will take 2 to 3 days for delivery by US Parcel Post Priority Mail in the United States.
Merchandise Return Policy
Our return policy is up to 10 days of receipt you can return items for a refund, exchange or in store credit. After 10 days up to 14 days of receipt we will only exchange or give you an in store credit. There is a 10% restocking fee on refunds. The restocking fee is waved on exchanges or in store credits. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please email with the item or items you wish to return and let us know which of the above you want to do. We will email you with an authorization number. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns after 30 days.
